At Prime MedEquip, our main goal is to make certain that you receive the suitable product. However, for any reason you may select a product that does not meet your needs. In order avoid needless returns, please consult with an Prime MedEquip representative before placing an order. Should you need to return an item, please carefully read the below restrictions and contact us for a Return Authorization Request Form.
Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund as long as they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in the original packaging at the client’s expense.
- The item must be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty.
- Online Orders: A Return Authorization Request form must be obtained from Prime MedEquip within 14 days of delivery.
- To receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, the item must be returned to Prime MedEquip within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Request Form.
PLEASE NOTE: Items without an RA number will not be valid for refund, replacement, or credit of any type.
Return Shipment: Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless Prime MedEquip made an error. Carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. In case an item is returned to the wrong address, Prime MedEquip reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.
To protect the returned items, we extremely recommend insuring the items against shipping loss or damage.
Canceled Orders: Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. The client must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Credits: Once your return is received, Prime MedEquip will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to post. If you paid by cash, check, or money order, we will issue a check to the billing address or shipping address on file within 14 days.
